How do you screen your workers?

We have an application that each volunteer submits with personal and previous ministry involvement information. They also must be a member of our church and have attended for at least 6 months. Once accepted they are trained for their specific age group.

How will I be notified if my child is upset?

We have a number notification system. You will sign your child in under a certain number, be given a card with that number on it and then if needed during the worship service, we will page that number and you will see it blinking in a box in the upper left hand side of the stage. It will keep blinking until you arrive to see your child.

Will my child be served any snacks and what will you do if my child has a food allergy?

We do serve juice and an age appropriate snack to the children in each class. If your child has an allergy please note it on the sign in sheet and also mention it to the worker as you drop them off. We will be sensitive to it. We also recommend that you pack some of their favorite snacks so that they do not feel left out.
