Leadership...meet our Elders         Bob Bashawaty is a founding elder of Harvest Bible Chapel. In 1981 Bob responded to the call of God and received Jesus Christ into his heart as Savior and Lord. He soon found he had a love for the Word of God and began to study it. Soon he started teaching a small group Bible Study and has continued to do so for over 22 years. Bob oversees the Small Group ministry of Harvest.  Bob and his wife of 6 years, Doris are servants of the Lord and use their gifts and talents to serve the Church. He loves volleyball, gardening, riding his motorcycle and watching a good mystery movie. Mark Haeck began oversight of Harvest Bible Chapel's Missions involvement in February of 2007.  He has a definite heart for missions as reflected in over 30 years of involvement. Mark and his wife Sally served as full-time missionaries in Barbados, West Indies, Kansas, and St. Louis, Missouri.  Mark has led and continues to lead short term mission teams.  Mark is currently a sales manager for an area software company.  Mark and his wife Sally have been married since 1979 and have 4 married children and one granddaughter.   Mark enjoys gardening, the occasional fishing trip and building media presentations.  Sally would tell you that planning missions trips are a hobby for him as well.
