Mike Moses, Director of Ministries
Mike has a great desire to communicate the glory of Jesus Christ to all who will listen! He enjoys deep conversations, soccer, reading, and Buffalo Wild Wings. Mike completed a Master of Divinity degree at Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary in 2010.
Mike married his best friend, Bethany Kruger, in December '09. Mike and Bethany serve in several different areas at Harvest, including the Middle School and Young Adult ministries. Mike also oversees the Grace and Truth radio ministry and the Higher Ground children's ministry.

Joe Haverlock, Worship Director
Joe graduated from Baptist Bible College of Pennsylvania in December of 2006 with a B.S. in Bible. While at college he had many opportunities to lead worship for special events at the college as well as in his home church. Little did Joe know that soon after graduation God would have him lead worship at Harvest Bible Chapel. Joe started leading in April of 2007. In June, he began leading the youth group meetings. Joe has a heart for leading the Church in sincere, Christ-centered worship and challenging students to treasure Christ above all else.
Joe married his high school sweetheart, Juliann, in June '07. Juli joins Joe on the worship team singing harmony and assists him with the student ministries. Joe and Juli welcomed their first child, Bradley, into the world this past spring!
When Joe wants to relax, you can find him writing a song, working on his house, jammin’ with the guys, or just spending time with Juli, family, and friends.

Kevin Lawson, Director of Small Groups & Soul Care
Kevin is passionate about ministry and aims to promote change through God’s Word, God’s Spirit, and God’s people. Kevin holds seven earned academic degrees, including a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling and a Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Ashland Theological Seminary; as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Statistics, Evaluation, and Research from Wayne State University. He is currently in the dissertation writing phase for the Doctor of Ministry degree in Applied Apologetics & Worldview Studies at the Talbot School of Theology.
Kevin is married to the love of his life, Kendra, and their union has produced a handsome son, Jeremiah. Kendra is an extraordinary woman who holds Kevin accountable in several areas, including his desire to cultivate a deep and loving relationship with God, to love his wife as Christ loved the Church, to raise his son up in the admonition of the Lord, and to faithfully serve others in the name and spirit of Christ. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and listening to gospel music.

Ian Roberts, High School Director Ian was raised in a Christian family and came into relationship with Jesus at a young age. As a teen he felt a calling into ministry. Ian graduated in 2011 from University of Michigan Dearborn with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and minor in History. He is currently continuing his education by pursuing a Master of Divinity from Moody Theological Seminary. He intends on using this degree to become an Army Chaplain, and is currently a Chaplain Candidate for the Army Reserves. Ian is passionate about God’s Word, and also enjoys philosophy and history. He can’t resist watching a good football game and thoroughly enjoys playing almost any sport. Norman McCormick, Middle School Director
Norman has a passion for teaching students the importance and power of the Word of God! He also wants to bring students to the throne of God in worship and teach them what a blessing it is to sing to the Lord. Norman enjoys reading, painting, technology, hanging out, playing music, and debate. He is currently working on his Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies at Manthano Christian College.

Cindy Meyer, Administrative Assistant
Cindy joined the Harvest team in January 2007. She currently serves as the leader of the Welcome Center volunteers.
Cindy and Doug have been married since 1994. Their blended family includes 4 adult daughters, three brave sons-in-law, and 4 precious grandchildren.
Cindy enjoys reading, golf, and all things "beauty." The young children of Harvest are likely to call her Nana and wear a lipstick reminder of her morning greeting.
