Our Purpose as worshippers of Jesus Christ is to work and serve together as a community of believers that are dedicated to encouraging the body of Christ to apply biblical principles of worship to their every day lives as well as the burden to teach on what it is to love God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength.
Jesus commanded us to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. In other words, we are to involve the whole of our being – mind, will, emotions, and physical strength – in the worship of our great God.
When we worship at Harvest, we seek to engage God passionately and adore Him. We lift high the name of Jesus because, “God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9–11 NIV).
